Hmm... I don't think I'm on the webteam but would like to be.
This is all sounding pretty reasonable. In terms of storing .pdfs (such as for handouts for the newcomers classes or guidelines) we would also ensure that we also have the documents in Word format so they can be tweaked and updated as needed and new .pdfs created. Perhaps have the Word documents where the Deans can access them?
