An area where we can post files, etc. for discussion would be useful.  
For example, if someone is working on a core class handout and wants 
others to perhaps proof read it, they could post it there.  Or perhaps a 
draft advertising brochure.  Or ??  In other words, a place to jointly 
work on things that aren't ready for publication.
