[Utr] Possible session proposed by Aelana Cordovera

I like this, a lot; and especially nice to do in the Lions Gate area,  
which has a good population base. So that's 30 hours, potentially,  
almost a full work-week. Does UTR give a credit per hour? Or is it  
more complicated than that?
