[Hartwood] Still looking for a hall for White Court...

Hi everyone,
The following is the hall I was trying to remember (although Julie may have
checked it by now.)
 
I don't know if it is available on the relevant date, just that it is a
suitable size 
and has a great kitchen. (I don't know what date we're talking, so couldn't
ask.)

Great work Julie. 

I have also looked at the Fanny Bay hall and the Union Bay Hall and they
will suite our needs and are available on the date we need.

I am kind of leaning towards either of these and maybe next time we can book
really early in another location.

utilizing the hall for ie Wedding, Staff Party etc. You will receive a
confirmation of your booking request with 24 hrs. Your space is not secured
until you have received a confirmation of your booking and we receive a
$50.00 booking deposit.

Should you not have access to email you may call 250 390-4513 to leave a
message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL EVENTS WHERE LIQUOR WILL BE SERVED, PROOF OF LIQUOR
LICENSE & LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE MUST BE PRESENTED BEFORE KEYS TO HALL
