$15 is downright cheap.
When I plan feast I break it down between site cost and food.
I generally charge about $8 per person for a feast so $15 would make it
about $7 for the site costs.
As an event planner I charge every person who sits and eats the same for
food....
Off board costs would be only the site component.
So if I was doing it:
Feasters: Adults $15, Youth $11, Children under 12 - $8
Non-feasters (off-board) adults $7, Youths $4, Children free.
And trust me, some teens and children eat a lot.

$15 per adult is reasonable for a sit-down feast, including site fee.
Knowing how much teens eat, I'd do a bit more research on that before
setting the cost for them; I could see under 5 being free. And royalty
being free. I assume you've included a bit for clean-up materials (or
have some) and ziplocs.
Have you given thought to off-board? I saw a request on Facebook, and
there may be others who expect to not eat the feast presented, or will
be last minute atttendees.
