Re-reading that, it sounds more... negative, than I intended it to be.
I strongly encourage that we submit a bid, and that we make it an amazing
one :)
As we've seen, Principality can and will come to Insula Magna.  We just have
to tweak things so that nothing else can compare to the fabulousness which
is Hartwood!

(Will choose my language more carefully next time!)
