[Hartwood] Spring TUTR [Discussion]

Hartwood's Spring TUTR will be happening Sat, April 13th - Sun, April 14th, 2013 at the Black Creek Community Center. In addition to classes, there will be a council meeting and a Potluck/Revel.

Halima is our event steward, and Doiri our registrar, but they could really use some help. Some of the things they'd like help with include:

Set up, 8am Saturday
Clean up after the Revel on Saturday
Clean up after classes on Sunday
Day Food coordinator
Billeting Coordinator
