[Hartwood] April TUTR

Greetings All

I am looking for an event steward for April's Hartwood Spring TUTR, 
preferably in the Nanaimo area.

As event steward, you would procure the site (I will help as much as 
possible), help organize set up and clean up, and the feast or revel on the 
Saturday night.  The feast or revel can be run as a separate event, if 
necessary.  I take care of classes, students, and registration.

Site requirements:
Four classrooms - we can get really creative here, if rooms are big enough 
to divide.
Common area.
Kitchen.
Availability from 8am Saturday, until 2pm Sunday.

I have already priced out Beban Park - too expensive.  The hall we had last 
year's Yule at *could* work, if the room outside of the bathroom is big 
enough, but I can't recall the size of the room.

This needs to happen pretty quickly, so please do contact me asap, if you 
can take this on.
