[Utr] UTR badge

While I think that the existing badge designs are excellent, I like Elena's idea of a PR campaign. I think that if we make our current efforts with the University, especially in terms of promoting the image and the forthcoming website, that we will be putting ourselves out there in a useful way. Asking everyone on the Northern Lists to consider submitting a badge by Investiture would be a great way to get folks thinking about the University.
To that end, see forthcoming email about a session that was proposed to me at LG Sergeants this past weekend...
